MCP

The entry point for AI agents to check Korean facts

Agents call Korean data directly over MCP (Model Context Protocol). Every tool is read-only.

Endpoint

https://api.ntriq.co.kr/mcp

Not public yet. Access needs a key, and trial keys go to the waitlist first.

Tools

The server registers 22 tools. A trial key sees 20 of them. Tools marked “Paid” open with a paid key, and which tools a paid key sees depends on its plan.

Connect

First put your issued key in an environment variable: export NTRIQ_KEY='your-key'. An export only lasts in that terminal, so to keep using it add it to your shell profile (for example ~/.zshrc). The commands follow each product’s official documentation.

Claude Code

claude mcp add --transport http ntriq https://api.ntriq.co.kr/mcp \
  --header 'Authorization: Bearer ${NTRIQ_KEY}'

Do not type the key into the command. Put it in the NTRIQ_KEY environment variable. With single quotes as shown, the config file keeps only the name ${NTRIQ_KEY} and the value is filled in when Claude Code connects.

In subscription apps

Claude app (Free with one connector, Pro, Max, Team, Enterprise): when you add a custom connector, enter the endpoint above, choose No sign-in, and add the request header Authorization: Bearer <your-key>. Request-header authentication is in beta and only some organizations see it.

ChatGPT app: not possible yet. The ChatGPT app does not accept fixed keys, only OAuth sign-in, and OAuth sign-in for the ntriq server is still in preparation.
